Call for Applications:LEAP Africa’s Employability Programme

Leadership, Effectiveness, Accountability & Professionalism (LEAP) Africa is a nonprofit organization, which is committed to developing dynamic, innovative and principled African leaders. LEAP recognizes that leadership development is critical for nation building and wealth creation. As a result, it offers leadership training programmes and executive coaching services for business owners, social entrepreneurs and youth. It is committed to equipping these critical stakeholders with the skills, tools and support that they require to serve as change agents. LEAP also conducts research on leadership in Africa and provides leadership awards to youth.

As part of its programme  leadership programmes;LEAP Africa is calling for applications for Employability Programme Enugu and Port Harcourt.

The Employability Programme is a 5-day employability and leadership training programme which has been held in Lagos and Abuja over the last three months.

LEAP Africa will hold the fourth and fifth editions of its Employability Programme in:

Port Harcourt: May 7-11, 2012

Enugu: May 21-25, 2012

Lagos:         Jun 4-8 2012

LEAP works with Human Resource Companies and Recruitment Agencies that will provide participants with internship, temporary and full-time job placement opportunities

Criteria

• Fresh graduates who have completed the NYSC scheme or have an exemption.

• Participants are expected to attend the five day training
