Apply! The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) “Youth Employment” Innovation Challenge

clition globalThe Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) is hosting its first open innovation challenge to engage individuals in solving a specific and critical global issue. The “Youth Employment” Challenge–in partnership with OpenIDEO–seeks to identify new solutions to improve employment opportunities for youth around the world.

For the next week, members of the public can submit their ideas and solutions to the challenge on the OpenIDEO site. Participants are encouraged to apply the Commitments to Action lens to their proposed idea. A panel of experts from the CGI community will then help to evaluate the ideas and assess the feasibility and sustainability of the approaches. Select challenge finalists will be invited to the 10th Annual Meeting in September, where they will join the broader CGI network in turning their ideas into action.
